EXPERIENCE
I have extensive experience in leadership development, talent management and organizational development. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!), I embarked on a successful hospitality career where I interacted with people from all walks of life and created memorable event experiences. Afterwards, my journey took me into the decade’s (plus) long world of corporate meeting planning, allowing me to impact attendee experiences on a global scale. I have had the opportunity to lead large-scale change and show positive impact in work cultures that were less-than-ideal and manage small-to-large global work teams and departments. In other words, I have been living and breathing my passion for people, places and products for over 20 years!
