The Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI™) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI™ forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System™, helping give you a baseline for your current performance and situation. Whether you proceed through the full system or not, the realizations that you’ll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will literally and almost instantly change the way you view your world.

It’s about your Attitude, not your Personality…
There are two main types of assessments: PERSONALITY and ATTITUDINAL. Personality based assessments, such as Myers Briggs and D.I.S.C. are very valuable tools that pinpoint certain personality types so that people can have more of an understanding about what their strengths and weaknesses are. By understanding your personality and how it relates to what you do, you can adapt your behavior to “work with what you have,” to function effectively.
The ELI™ is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with a coach using the ELI™, you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.
As part of the Energy Leadership Index™ assessment and debrief process, you’ll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range. You’ll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and coached on how to navigate yourself to higher performance.
How will the ELI™ benefit you?
Is the ELI™ for you?
- Click on the link to pay for the assessment and schedule your debrief session.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an email to take the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment. You should take this assessment no later than 4 days PRIOR to your debrief session.
- You will receive your 11-page report with your results 1 day before the debrief session.
- In the debrief session, we review your results and discuss what it means in reference to Core Energy™.
- Lastly, you decide how to carry forth with additional action based on your potential for growth and opportunity!
- We will set a workshop date.
- Each member of your team will receive a personalized link to complete the ELI™ Assessment. The assessments must be completed at least 1 week PRIOR to the workshop date.
- Individual results will be sent to each team member 1 day PRIOR to the debrief workshop.
- At the workshop, we will go through an overall rollup of the team results and discuss what it means for the team in addition to learning about Core Energy™.
- Following the completion of the workshop, each team member will schedule a virtual meeting with the Coach to discuss their own results.
Ellide is an experienced Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practioner (ELI-MP), and certified by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and will deliver the debrief.
That’s really up to you. Typically clients want to use this newfound insight to keeping working on themselves. This can lead to the creation of an individual coaching plan or entry into the Energy Leadership Development™ program.
