The ELI 360 assessment takes the traditional Energy Leadership Index™ to another level. It is a four-part assessment that provides a multi-dimensional perspective on leadership. By giving you the ability to have up to 25 raters take the assessment on your behalf, you will have a holistic view of your energetic profile.
Feedback helps in leadership development because it tells you a lot about the people delivering it and what is of value to them. Once you know it, then you can decide how to action on this information.
The ELI 360 includes a personalized report that consolidates all results and two 60-75 minute debrief sessions to understand how to interpret your individual and team results, and evaluate what you would like to do with them. You are going to have more insights into potential areas for growth and development to tackle during 1:1 coaching sessions.

- Once payment is received, you will receive two emails:
- Email #1: From me with details about next steps regarding what to expect and a request for a list of raters.
- Email #2: An invitation email to take the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment.
- You will receive your report with your results 1 day before the debrief session.
- In the debrief session, we review your results and discuss what it means in reference to Core Energy™.You will have the option of splitting your debrief session into two separate sessions: one session focused on your individual sessions and a second session focused on your raters’ perspectives.
- Lastly, you decide how to carry forth with additional action based on your potential for growth and opportunity!

You and your raters will have (2) weeks to complete the ELI™ 360 assessments. (This timeline can be extended if needed and requested).
Once this time period has passed and the minimum amount of raters have completed the assessment, then the debrief session(s) will be scheduled.
While it is preferred that you have your full list of raters ready to send, you don’t have to have a complete list for you to get your assessment or for me to begin sending to the list you already have. You have time but you don’t want to over wait this process. One month is the maximum total timeline (from beginning to end) for this process.
A rater is simply someone providing you with feedback by completing the ELI™ 360 assessment.
Raters can include your manager, co-workers, family, friends, clients, peers, neighbors – anyone that holds value to you.
Sorry but I, as your coach, cannot be a rater.
Each of your raters (people completing the assessment) will be slotted into one of the categories listed below. Need a category not listed below? Don’t worry! I can add categories and customize them as needed based on your use case.
NOTE: You will need a minimum of (3) raters for each category to be used, except for the Manager category which only requires (1) rater.

Prior to sending your individual ELI™ assessment for completion, you will receive an email from me, wherein I will ask you to complete a form for your list of raters. The form will ask you for their first/last names, email addresses and specified category.
While it is preferred that you have your full list of raters ready to send, you don’t have to have a complete list for you to get your assessment or for me to begin sending to the list you already have. You have time but you don’t want to over wait this process. One month is the maximum total timeline (from beginning to end) for this process.
That’s really up to you. Typically clients want to use this newfound insight to keeping working on themselves. This can lead to the creation of an individual coaching plan or entry into the Energy Leadership Development™ program.
Your privacy is important and will be protected. While you will be asked to create an account to complete the assessment, you can use an alias email and initials to further protect confidentiality of your identity and information.
Additionally, you can always request to have your account deleted afterwards.
Lastly, you aren’t required to participate. If you don’t want to do it, that is perfectly fine. It has been said that feedback is one of the greatest gifts that you can give to someone and witness how it has positive impact on them. Your participation (or not) will always be appreciated.
After a rater has completed scoring in the various leadership competencies, there is an open-ended comments box for additional thoughts and feedback.

Moreover, Dr. Lynn Waldorf, Ph.D., CPC, published a study, “The Effects of Core Energy Leadership Competencies: Energy Leadership Index™ 360 Study”, which analyzed the E.L.I. 360 assessments of 184 C-suite executives and managers from March 2015-January 2018. The data analysis in this study backs up the premise that, when you have a higher, more positive energetic makeup and outlook, you will rate your own leadership competencies higher, as will your colleagues.
Yes. MAIK Management LLC hold the Data Processing Agreement with the Energy Leadership Index™ service provider, Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), which guarantees compliance with GDPR (available upon request).
Additionally, your information will not be exchanged with third parties. The results of your assessment and answer choices will not be shared with anyone but you.
