Nope! Life Coaching is not therapy nor is it an attempt to heal emotional trauma. Life Coaching focuses on the present moment, tapping into a person’s inherent resources and wisdom. Life Coaches regularly refer clients to other professionals for issues that are better suited to a therapeutic relationship.
The hallmark of Life Coaching is self-responsibility. The client sets the agenda for the session; the coach follows that agenda. You can expect powerful and clarifying questions to be asked, the use of focused and fine-tuned planning tools, and the need for accountability. The coach will support you thoroughly, as you tap into your own creativity and wholeness while listening to your heart.
Currently, MAIK Management is not covered by HSA/FSA.
Sessions are typically 55 minutes based on the clients schedule. Some clients opt for weekly sessions and others opt for every two weeks. It is really based on the individual client’s own personal goals and objectives.
The pricing options are value-based and allows us to establish a relationship and the groundwork necessary to identify any external and internal energy blocks preventing you from achieving your goals and engaging in forwarding action.

You may reschedule or cancel at any time through the link indicated in your confirmation email and calendar invite.
Allow for at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If you fail to communicate at least 24 hours in advance or do not turn up for the scheduled session, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will not be rescheduled. Cancellations and “no-shows” will not be refunded.
It is recommended that you aim to cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance so a new session may be scheduled. Sessions cannot be made up or moved to future months if one is missed or you do not complete all offered sessions in the month.
You are strongly encouraged to use your coaching sessions within your paid month. Sessions that are not scheduled or completed in the month do not roll over.
The pricing structure can be found here. Payment is due at the time of service. Various forms of payment are accepted for your convenience. Professional support is an investment YOU choose. It can have a long-lasting, positive impact on many areas of your life.
For Phoenix, AZ area clients, sessions take place in a variety of quiet indoor places, outdoors in nature, or virtually via Zoom or phone.
For clients outside of the Phoenix, AZ area, sessions will take place via Zoom or phone.
