All coaching sessions and programs are personalized and uniquely designed for each client, based on their own needs, goals and objectives. No two coaching sessions are the same.
My dynamic coaching sessions include:
- 55 minutes results driven 1:1 private sessions

- Mental exercises to replace bad paradigms
- Unlimited support via phone/text/email
One-on-One Coaching Session – $200
- In 55-minutes, let’s explore how coaching can work for you, assess your goals and roadblocks, what you need to successfully move forward into action and see how we can become partners!
Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) Assessment – $300
- You will take a 70-question assessment which could take up to 30 minutes to complete
- Following completion of the assessment, we will schedule a 1-1.5 hour debrief session to review your results and plan your future development in any area(s) that you wish to make changes
9 Coaching Sessions Package – $1,500
- Based on your own pre-determined schedule, maintaining momentum toward your long-term goals
- Payable in 1, 2 or 3 installments
9 Coaching Sessions Package with Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment – $1,800
- Includes the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment, a tool that measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Knowing about your day-to-day energy levels and your energetic stress reactions allows you to consciously choose how you show up instead of showing up by default!
- Payable in 1, 2 or 3 installments
Group and Team Energy Leadership Workshops
- Group leadership and coaching workshops are priced based on the exclusive needs of all stakeholders involved
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
- All payments are due upon booking and are non-refundable.
- CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will not be refunded.
- RESCHEDULING: If you must reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You are allowed to reschedule one (1) time without incurring any additional fees.
- NO-SHOWS: If you are a no-show to your appointment, it cannot be rescheduled. You must book a nee appointment and pay the full session fee.
